Using eyeliners enhances the beauty of your makeup especially if you have lovely eyes, but could also ruin your makeup, it all depends on how you apply it, the use of eyeliners is just to draw attention to your eyes enhancing the lash line so the eyes appear fuller, too little is most often best. Double the lining to make it last longer and to make it appear darker. For liquid liners I would advise you wait for it to dry before doubling it and opening your eyes to avoid making it messy. To create a smoky effect use a cotton bud to smudge the liner, for cat eyes extend the tail of the line, and for the regular day to day effect you are good to go.
