Tracy arrived Italy with her parents when she was fifteen years old. She served as a waitress and worked in a restaurant for another fifteen years. She mastered the art of combining Italian and African cuisine. She set out to be the best at her trade. She is an inspiration to many. Today, her country and all of Africa is so proud of her.

One of our proverbs says , “if I child washes his hands, he or she will dine with princes and kings.”

This is the victory of Tracy EBOIGBODIN. When she visited her birth country, she was in the care and entourage of the Italian Ambassador. It was beautiful. A delicious combination of beauty and expertise.

I am so thrilled when people strive at what they do and make a difference, becoming inspirations to young and old alike.
